Write for Recording Artists CrashCourse (March 10, 17, 24) – Member Price

SongTown has lined up three great artists for you to get to know and write for! Each Monday for three weeks, starting March 10th, we will have one of the artists on camera talking about what they look for in songs, and more specifically, what kind of song they are needing RIGHT NOW!

You’ll hear the kinds of questions pros ask artists to get all of that info and then – here comes the exciting part – you will write a chorus that you think that artist will like.  The artist will go through the choruses submitted in the forum and – here’s the more exciting part – they will pick one chorus each week that they want to write with the winning writer!

If chosen, we will set up a co-write with you and the artist that chose your song… And either Clay Mills or Marty Dodson (#1 multi-hit songwriters) will join in to round out the co-writing trio!  You will finish the song in a virtual songwriting session.

Additional Details:

• Classes are easy to view and participate from your computer, laptop, or smartphone.

• All classes are available to watch on replay if you miss it live. We keep the video up for 3 weeks after your class to review at your leisure.

• Post your assignments in the SongTown.com forum and discuss with your classmates.
